Aviator Park refuse

We the undersigned petition Runnymede Council to Aviator park is a building available for residents to let only. Permission was given by Runnymede council to change the building from an office building to residential building and this has been the status of the building for over 18mths. From the start of the building occupancy there has been an issue with the bin collections and every month for 18months the recycle bins have been over flowing with refuse all over the bin area and subsequently blown all over the surround area. Rubbish, broken glass and vermin being a consequence of this

The council gave permission for the development of Aviator park, and must take responsibility for this environmental health issue. Vermin, litter everywhere, broken glass, foul smelling air is the result and is impacting on residents in Aviator park and more seriously those resident of Bleriot gate who are mostly home owners and have been affected by this environmental issue. They have to look at the refuse and rubbish piling up, its an eye sore. As well as navigate their way round rubbish and broken glass which has blow into the Bleriot gate estate
